1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Lia Mind mobile application (the "App"), created by The Healing Labs (a French entity, "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the App.

2. Account Creation

• Sign-In Options:
  • Apple Sign-In
  • Google Sign-In
  • Anonymous Account (no email required).
• Age Restriction: Users must be 13+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors under 13.

3. Data Collection & Use

• Optional Data: During onboarding, you may optionally provide:
  • Gender
  • Age range (e.g., 18-25).
• Purpose: This data is used only to:
  • Improve future features (e.g., menstrual cycle tracking).
  • Personalize content recommendations.
  • Never shared with third parties for advertising or sold.
• Sensitive Data: Gender is treated as sensitive under GDPR. By providing it, you consent to its use as described here and in our Privacy Policy.

4. Third-Party Services

• AI APIs:
  • We use OpenAI and/or Google Gemini to analyze user-generated content (e.g., mental health journal entries).
  • No personal data (email, UID, etc.) is sent to these providers. Only anonymized text is processed.
• Subscriptions: Managed via Apple’s in-app purchase system. No refunds are offered outside Apple’s policy.
